天津需要体系工程师，有5年以上的体系编写经验，英语好的女性，报销食宿，交通费。待遇优厚。合同期9个月，后期和续签。

具体工作内容如下：1 学习新下发的程序文件，识别文件中规定的新的/已有职责,并对程序文件的要求进行概括汇总Review new procedures, identify new/existing roles. and summarize the requirements mentioned in procedures 
2 负责与程序文件所涉及的各部门进行沟通以指定相关责任人，获取涉及到已有和新增职责的相关负责人姓名。Communicate with procedure related role owners to assign the roles, get the names of the assigned people to those all mentioned existing and new roles,. 
3. 负责针对新文件给相关部门进行培训Provide training to affected department on new procedure 
4 负责对比质量健康安全环保体系文件与现场实施情况的反馈，并作出整改提高建议。Be responsible to compare the QHSE MS files to the site implication outcomes, and make the improvement recommendations.  
5负责组织质量健康安全环保体系文件内审计划，并按计划要求进行审核，并对纠正措施、实施效果进行跟踪。 Be responsible to organize the internal QHSE MS audit plan, as well as to carry out the plan based on the time table, follow up the corrective and improvement actions accordingly.
